The enduring charm of America's favorite fictional small town, Lake Wobegon, is returning to the stage. Fans can look forward to the upcoming A Prairie Home Companion tour, a festive series of shows titled "A Prairie Home Companion Christmas". This special holiday engagement will feature a lineup of familiar voices and talents, including host Garrison Keillor, singers Heather Masse and Christine DiGiallonardo, radio actors Fred Newman, Sue Scott, and Tim Russell, and the ever-versatile Rich Dworsky and the Shoe Band.
The United States tour begins on December 6th 2025 in St. Paul, bringing its signature blend of heartfelt storytelling, comedy, and music to major cities including Austin, Nashville, Boston, and New York.
This tour announcement follows a special 50th-anniversary performance that took place at The Santa Fe Opera on September 7th.
